Possibly. I have found parking to be getting more difficult with the increase in development in that general area. It used to be the arse-end of town, and now there are apartments and housing and retail popping up around the park, taking away some of the free parking that used to exist. The new-ish indoor baseball center took up some parking as well.

I arrived an hour before the first game of the regional and it was Lot 56 only.

The U needs to buy up some of that real estate and bulldoze it. They can start with the little industrial building just north of the stadium.
