I own a small flooring buisness and I agree with the salesmen. You want something that will be easy to remove if you are prone to flooding. Undoing the click tiles is a hell of alot easier that removing tile that has been glued down. That shite will make a grown man cry.

Why would you need to remove tile if water flooded the tile? It's not going to tying the tile. There would be no need to remove it. Am I missing something here?
