Why show 2018 and 2019? Those kids will be evaluated a dozens of times more before they graduate.

Without counting those premature ratings the two states are even with Tennessee having double the population.

You apparently didn't look at the numbers I posted. The states are not even. And yes, population normally helps with AVAILABLE TALENT.

Because it's in the middle of the 2018 class? Tennessee will crush Mississippi in the 2018 class. and have a strong start on the 2019 class. Like I said, sorry about it bruh.

Tennessee is passing Mississippi in talent. DWI.
