USC and it's not really close. Neither is what they used to be though. What an insignificant topic.

What USC has lacked long term consistency and relevancy the be the best program of all-time. That s why I have to give the nod to Texas
I would say:
Best All-time program - Texas
Best Modern Era CBB baseball Program - LSU (post-1980)
Best Pre-modern Era CBB program - USC (Pre-1980)
