It sounds like you are saying that the slightest advantage OU had was home field? Which in fact means that you are blaming home field? Stop it. Gator fans had the same opportunity as OU fans to make the trip, despite the distance. When you blame attendance, you are really blaming Gator fans for not showing up.

Both teams played their hearts out. Both teams deserved to win but there can only be one and OU made the plays when they had to. I was very amazed with both teams resiliency. That was some of the highest level of softball I've ever seen. There were so many opportunities to give up but both teams never quit. Nothing wrong with 2nd place in this one.

Think most Sooner fans do realize how fortunate we are to win. The talent and coaching from both teams is unreal. Anyone could of won either game 1 or 2 that's how close the games were. I expect it to be the same next season because our pitching isn't going away and with Floridas ace coming back not much will be stopping them from having a ultra high seed coming in.
