They can get the flying frick out of the SEC and this wouldn't be a problem. Those Yankees don't belong here with the big boys anyway.

You can keep crying about it endlessly on message boards...not going to change anything, unfortunately. Need to realize most of these fans didn't want this shite either but University leadership found a way to get paid and get away from TX. Whether basketball or football, there is something to be said about being able to drive 3-4 hours to Lincoln, Manhattan, Lawrence, Ames, and 5 hours to the OK schools vs. having to fly to pretty much any school other than Arky, UK or Vandy from COMO. For this family of four, we have better ways of spending $$ than shelling out $1500 or more to go to Knoxville, Athens, Gainesville etc. when we could head to Colorado or somewhere else with more to offer than a football game and the college bar scene. Yeah it sucks for everyone, no regard for history, rivalries and fans, so we sit and watch the games on TV and ensure the tv rights just get richer. So yah, pretty sure most of us would love to gtfo as well...message boards like this are pretty much for the classless and pompous blowhards who can't ever seem to see the glass half full (this directed at MIZ fans here as well who just seem to make it worse). I've lurked for a long time but never really posted, but yah, it's clear MIZ is not a good fit on many different levels, but not likely to change so if should you ever choose to embrace it, you might be surprised by COMO, KC, STL, Ozarks, etc. Doubtful that we are going anywhere despite the endless rants on here.
