So a college shouldn't be allowed to make student disciplinary decisions on things that occur on campus?
As it relates to Rice, I think there was sufficient evidence to kick him out of school. I hope the process afforded to him was fair. This article casts some doubt on whether it was or not.

Beatbammer was arguing that universities shouldn't have disciplinary hearings on this topic, not that the process may be flawed
