I would have agreed years ago, but in the past decade the NCAA hit Bama for athletes getting textbooks for non-athletes. TEXTBOOKS. They also hit USC and Ohio State. So the NCAA isn't protecting the big boys and therefore I don't think the NCAA is going after Ole Miss for beating Bama. Also, the NCAA-OM investigation started in 2012 or 2013, before OM ever beat Bama.

The NCAA commenced the investigation in 2012, but Ole Miss and their boosters dug the rabbit holes that the NCAA traveled like the underground railroad for another 4 yrs.
