Last year they were in a very good spot with Dobbs/Dormady and JG redshirting but they are pretty thin now.
JG won't transfer. S. Jones has gotten better and is serviceable in a pinch. McBride has time to learn and has a cannon. And I'm not the one who came up with that assessment - blame the NFL scouts.

We will see. The coaches have been promoting this charade that it's still an open competition for a reason.

Jones and McBride are nowhere near SEC caliber QBs right now.
