There's not much "starting experience" but there is a lot of experience among the guys expected to start up front. Frazier, Hand, and Payne have played a lot of meaningful football and Davis got in a good bit last year. I think that's the main factor in allowing Alabama to play at a high level each year defensively; they ease the young guys into action and when it's their turn they've already seen a lot of meaningful snaps but weren't thrown into the fire too early

I expect a drop off in the pass rush, we'll have to see how that impacts the rest of the defense. They'll still be able to make teams one dimensional because they'll rotate 4-5 giant humans on the defensive line

Evans, Payne, Hand are all great pass rushers

This is the crux of any worries around Alabama's defense. Two years ago our pass rush wasn't as dominant, so that put more pressure on the secondary. Replacing the production of Anderson and Williams will be a job, but the talent is there.
