Who's making the trip to watch our Diamond Dawgs take the series from #10 Kentucky?

How did we look during scrimmage?

Based on reports, the defense is either a lot better or the offense is bad, with the offensive line being about the same as always. Since it is only April I'll take the glass half full approach and go with the defense being better for now.
Apparently field goal kicking is still bad. Edited to add, bad enough we picked up a commit Saturday night from the nation's #1 kicker according to some.

Evan McPherson, a highly-touted 2018 placekicker out of Fort Payne High in Alabama, committed to the Bulldogs after watching their spring game.

He is rated as the nation's No. 1 kicker by Chris Sailer kicking and Kohls kicking. As a junior, he made 7 of 13 field goal attempts with a long of 52 yards and was 36 for 36 on extra point attempts.

Remember many didn't play, including 2 O linemen, projected as starters.

Did Fitz look more accurate?

At throwing to defensive players.

The receivers didn't help much. If you are as tall as Couch, you need to learn to high-point the ball. He missed out a couple of times when he didn't even try. He tried one time and whiffed on the catch.
There was one long pass down the middle that was spot on, and there was an obvious pass interference that wasn't called.
Having said that, he threw 4 INT's and had another pass or two that should have been intercepted where the defender dropped the ball.

Maybe we can get Bear back to teach him how to box CB/S out.

I sort of thought this was the receivers coach's job. Height advantage is a tool, but you have to know how to use it.

Agreed. Just trying to point out that Bear was great at doing that.
