Nothing in the amended NOA(that I can recall) occurred after the original NOA came out and us self-imposing a probation. That's why they gave us an amended NOA instead of a separate one.
Whereas, Alabama got hammered with repeat offender status because textbook gate occurred while we were under probation for a so-called booster (God rest his salad eating soul) paid Albert Means' HS coach.
I wonder of programs will ever wake up and realize that anything the Memphis pipeline can be toxic?

correct. That's why we keep laughing when people throw that statement out there.
