hurts scored a 35 yard td with 2 minutes left. i think his performance was similar to the bama QB the year before, a lot of bad plays but some huge chunk plays.
obviously the 2nd one was better b/c Clemson only went ahead with 1 second left.
that last drive was like something out of a movie. it was the greatest redemption story in sports of all time.

Haven't rewatched it, but no. The qb in the first one -- I've already forgotten his name -- could actually hit a target consistently. Hurts was all over the place. It just gave me a headache. I grant they were unsettled at OC, but that didn't account for the passing problems.
Edit: Coker. Jacob Coker. That was the quarterback's name.
