Good thing for us is one of our 5-stars is an in-state player and the other lived a short drive away from us in Georgia. It's not like we pulled them from California or somewhere way away. We may have still paid them, you never know, but it doesn't look as suspicious

The reports I have seen are pretty interesting but it’s not my place to make a comment on it. Any bad news is bad for college basketball, but in that situation, we need to let the process take its course.

with me coaching in college now, you hear things. But I can’t comment

"Suspicion" isn't going to be a big deal. Seems the FBI has leads/witnesses involved with a specific operation. This all relates to if you are lucky enough to have your scheme elsewhere

I find it hard to believe any team w/ multiple top ranked kids has stayed clean. It would imply that they recruit so well they convinced kids to turn down $50-100k from "top tier programs" like Louisville/Zona/Auburn(lulz)

The argument that these kids wanted to maintain eligibility is BS. The recruits had no real downside for years. NCAA rarely caught this, when they did the kids were well on their way to the NBA before the NCAA even investigated. Maybe they paid back a small "$500" type fee to give the NCAA a win, likely funded by the people who paid them
