Of the mid major options who is the best recruiter?

Keatts was the lead recruiter at Louisville under Pitino.

Musselman has the appeal of a former NBA coach and seems to be a pretty large personality.

Holtman signed a nationally ranked class at a Butler which is no easy feat.

That's my one hesitation with mid major coaches. You just don't have any proof that they are going to be able to recruit at this level. If you can't do that, it's nearly impossible to win.

Butler is not a mid major. They are in the Big East. Which has the defending champions and got 7 teams in the tournament.

Holtman has proven that he can recruit at this level.
