It's not recruiting news, dumbass. The article goes into detail about what they look for in recruits, how they measure their skills and potential, what size range they look for by position, etc. On second thought it's probably not for you.

They're not giving out info that dives into what the process actually is. I haven't read the article(s) because OP didn't link them and I'm on mobile, but UA has threatened to revoke press credentials to at least one website because a message board user posted details of what the actual evaluation process is.
Whatever is being posted by the Tuscaloosa News isn't anything everyone else (programs) doesn't already know.
