If he says he wants $20m/year, does A&M say no? USC? Notre Dame? What salary demand could he make that no one would be willing to go that high

I would say that there are very few Schools that would pay him more than Bama at this point. It is not about how good a coach he is now, it is about his age. It would take him at least two seasons to turn a program around, and another two to get it to the point that he wants. I do not think he wants to commit to another organization for 5-7 years.
