I am not sure if that is sound logic. It seems like there are tons of other ways to get access. Hiring a former grad student, taking a call from a radio play by play announcer...

I think kids should be free to where they choose when they complete a degree, but it is not like they do not know it is within the scope of the school to restrict them.
