Or, maybe the outcome of a football game in which I am not playing does not present stress into my life, thus allowing me to observe said game strictly for entertainment purposes. Some would simply label this particular outlook "healthy".

I was at the game, enjoyed the game, and was disappointed in the outcome. I was not stressed over the outcome, nor did I allow it to impact the remainder of my time in Tampa.
