The four-star cornerback from Alpharetta (Ga.) is set to make a commitment on July 15 between Alabama and South Carolina. Both SEC programs have been atop Horn's list at separate points this spring. The son of former NFL Pro Bowler Joe Horn, Jaycee recently said the Tide made a "big move" for him at camp earlier this month.

Mater Dei product has called the offer a "dream." Brown is set to return to Tuscaloosa on July 21 for the Tide's Champions Cookout.
