One coach that isn't mentioned often is Grant McCasland at Arkansas State.
Has a history of success.
Won a juco national championship
Moved up to D2 had early success going to 2 straight D2 elite 8's
Really good success as the top assistant at Baylor
Now at ASU has them on pace to win the Sun Belt in year 1. ASU is coming off of 2 straight 11 win seasons. He also has several MO recruits on his team.

He has the potential to be really good and he knows the area. There are worse coaches to take a shot at.

Please no. My Missouri side says it would be a hire with a ton of upside, but the stAte graduate in me says nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo cause I can finally watch stAte basketball again.
