so why do other schools pay these coaches a lot of money if there is no expectation that they win? why has NC State fired coaches? you say there no expecation of winning. only places where coaches are expected to win are alabama and auburn and other sec schools.

just b/c nobody at NC Stat is expecting them to win a natty, it doesn' tmean that they aren't expecting some results from the coach. and obviously is harder to win at NC State than alabama, and clemson and other places. to say there is no pressure is obviously an absurd statement.
