I agree this was a terrible year in the SEC. My point is by the time you run the gauntlet of an SEC Schedule, you have either lost a few games you should have won or you have so many injuries at the end of the year you are not competitive. When you have three weeks to prep for you biggest game, depth is not as big an issue during the season.

the SEC wasn't better than the ACC this year. guantlet. lol what have you been watching. i would say there is less pressure in the SEC simply b/c the SEC hype becomes an excuse for losing.
Clemson's biggest win of the season was at FSU. not winning on a neutral field agasint a limited offense.
Clemson didn't need 3 weeks to destroy a SC team that was competitive in the SEC and had an outside shot of winning the SEC east this year.
