I've go to be honest. That sounds like 247 is allowing other services to do their work for them.
247 also does their own rankings just like the others do.

247 does their own rankings, but using the composite was a stroke of brilliance. it makes it to the point that you don't have to use the other sites for rankings b/c you see the average on the composite and it increases their page views, impressions, and $$
