Guy was a complete liability and Lane Kiffin did an incredible job of masking his many limitations in the passing game. If he doesn't improve, Alabama might start over with another guy.

Agree - I'm just not ready to assume he won't like some seem to be. If he doesn't, another young guy will get a shot.

Agree, no arguments.

Hurts was not ready to be an SEC passer. Most high school QBs aren't. He was thrown to the fire. However, he had other skills that helped mask that and an OC who did a great job playing to his strengths.

He has a year under is belt and now a full off season to use that experience to improve. Many like him have (Lamar Jackson, RG3, Braxton Miller, etc). If he does, great. If he doesn't, it'll be time to worry.
