Almost all of MSU's success has been Izzo, and their history is still about equal to OSU. Plus Ohio is better for recruiting purposes and OSU has less competition in their state.
OSU is probably a better job than UF. UF will be a premiere job if White proves that the program is more than Donovan, though.
Nova is hot, but OSU's history matches up well with Nova's, and OSU is in a more stable conference and has way more $$$.
I'd agree that it's UK, UCLA, KU, Indiana, Duke, and UNC in the "blue blood" tier and then schools like Louisville, Arizona, Syracuse, UConn, Michigan, Florida, Villanova, Texas, MSU, Georgetown, and Notre Dame (I'm sure there are a few others I'm forgetting) in that second tier that I'd argue that Arkansas doesn't quite make right now.

If this conversation were had in 2001 then it would be a different story. At that point Arkansas beat out a good bit of those 2nd tiers including Villanova and Florida. But it's not and they are sliding further on down that list as the years go by.
