All I know is you've made yourself look like a fool so far with your opinion of Dak before the season, why stop now?

If Romo goes down in the next two seasons, Dak Prescott isn't going to win a Super Bowl. The Cowboys are going to ride or die with Romo, and the defense needed the most help. A veteran QB as a stop gap like what the Colts had with Hasselbeck last year would have been a better way to go. The 4th round of the draft is where you get a nickel and dime DB or a RB. There is proven production in the 4th in roles like that EVERY SINGLE YEAR. Not a QB that's not going to see the field.

Dak doesn't fit in to the Cowboys system at all, and name any back up QB the Cowboys coaches have developed in the past 5 years. All the backups have sucked. The "calculated risk" concept is completely misapplied. They don't have a QB, proven backups are expensive, and getting a guy on his rookie deal is the most cost effective way to get a guy to do spot duty, which is why they draft them. It was 100% a wasted pick because there is no value there.
