And if you're going to be a dumbass and use RPI in December as your barometer of what is a "quality win," then South Carolina doesn't have quality wins. Michigan's RPI is currently 61 and Syracuse's RPI is 173. Their best win is Monmouth, who is 36.
Syracuse is a quality win in name only, anyways. They've been utter shite so far and probably won't make the tourney.
