Travis Reier of BOL posted this this morning:

quote:

** An early check on the #PeachBowlTicketMan reveals a market very similar to what the SEC Championship Game offered. Ticket inventory on the secondary market for Washington-Alabama appears to be plentiful, with the current lowest get-in price (with fees) sitting at just under $170 per ducat.

As for the #FiestaBowlTicketMan, with get-in prices already below $100 with fees, he's already taking a beating -- and he can thank astronomically-high travel prices to the Phoenix area for Clemson and Ohio State fans for his troubles.

I don't think it'll be terrible. If I were going, I'd expect to pay $100 to get in.

Very soft demand, I'd imagine a huge chunk of the fanbase is tapped out and assuming a win and planning on Tampa.

Being in Atlanta is close for most Bama fans, but many Bama fans are kinda 'over' Atlanta at the moment, been there a ton the past few years.

Cheapest nose bleed is $134 on Vivid Seats right now with $42 as the cheapest parking pass. Cheapest seat for the national championship game is $670 in the upper corner of the stadium.

I haven't paid more than face value for any game in the past five years including an sec championship and two national championship games.

I will never understand why people pay more.
