Article 16, Section 25.89N (a-e), of the Code of Fan Responsibility clearly states that whereupon a fan/fanbase fails to see eye to eye with their lone outcast then said outcast is to put in writing his/her grievance and publicly post said grievance for a period of no less than 3 business days. Publication must be persuasive to the point of reaching and convincing a majority of directed upon fanbase to enter into agreement with outcast whereby grievant becomes incast.

Should grievant fail in their pursuit of effectively influencing fellow fans then he/she shall be banned from the island and directed to select, within 7 days, a new bandwagon.
