This is the analogy I got from it.
Shula was the best we could do because no high profile coaches wanted the job.

This is what is so frustrating about this hire. Other coaches DID want the job. That incompetent clown Alleva got scared and pulled offers when things got tough. He was looking for any excuse to take the easy road.
