Of course, the Nashville Predators (NHL team) are playing at 5 CT on Friday night, so downtown parking will be expensive. Your best bet if you want to go to the hockey game or just experience Broadway is to park across the Cumberland River at Nissan Stadium's Lot R (free) and walk across the pedestrian bridge. The walk across the bridge will give you a great view of downtown. It is about 15 minutes across the bridge to Bridgestone or Rippy's.

This is an excellent idea and the advice is spot on!

IF there is ONE thing, I'm good for it is my understanding of gaming the system with the Preds. Also, BIG MONEY SAVING OPPORTUNITY WITH THE PREDATORS!!!

Download the NHL app on your phone. Use the dropdown box to select the Predators as your team. Then scroll down on the Preds' page to "Twice Daily Preds Pass" under the "Managing My Experience" header. Enter the information they ask for (name, email, and phone number). Then, at 10AM CT on the day of any game you want to go to but haven't gotten tickets for yet, RUSH to the app (like, seriously, be sitting there when it flips to 10:00 from 9:59 then click into the app) and go back to that same spot. You can get 2 tickets for $15 each in the upper bowl if you are lucky. Some games will even have other options like lower bowl for $40 or $50 each.
