Has Florida or Lsu exceeded expectations?

before the season Florida was picked to finish 4th in the sec east and Lsu was picked to finish 1st in sec west and had the 2nd most starters returning after Tennessee, are you Lsu or gator fans happy where you are at the moment? I thought coach Mac would be worse than I thought since he was hired

No LSU was picked this year. Even our own guys in ESPN like McElroy picked y'all which I understand why. Y'all returned just about everyone and we had a true freshman QB or a RS freshman QB

Neither when you look at the entire season but I have to say LSU has proven more. Florida has feasted on creampuffs and loses to legit teams with winning records. Until that changes, I'm skeptical and I begrudgingly admit you exceeded expectations last season in winning the SECe although your final OOC games were bad.
Then again, I always thought it would be between UT, UGA, and UF. Who the hell is the team that got voted ahead and what source are you using? I find it hard to believe although the media is dumb and I wouldn't put it past them. No one else was ever on the horizon to knock you out of at worst 3rd in the preseason.

I don't think that's correct honestly. I think LSU had 2nd most votes as SEC champs and 2nd in the West
