Quit looking at how they are compared to last week and start looking at how their resume looks compared to others.

Wrong you should absolutely get punished for losing late. Your 10 games into the season. you should be firing on all cylinders. Your freshman are no longer freshman at this point.
And if you don't have the depth to keep it up then who says you'd have the depth to go win a playoff?
So Michigan doesn't drop a spot after losing to Iowa?? so why would Michigan drop any if they lose to a much better ohio state? You might as well not play the rest of the games since the committee has already picked who they want.
