You are correct, it is. but a lot of that is colored by Alabama winning the NC so much, don't you think?
I mean two teams in the top 5 in 2003 is pretty darn good.

You are right. 2012 was a weird year, wasn't it? Lost the first two games then ran the table. It was a fun year to watch. It's a shame he couldn't quite get over that hump. Saban has made it tough on a lot of coaches.
