That's called higher humidity.
I spent a month in Costa Rica in a town smack dab in a rainforest. Southern LA's humid is identical to that of the Costa Rican rainforest.
I mean I've never seen this description of the LA population, but I'd rather have yellow teeth than missing teeth and high probability of diabetes

Last time I checked MS was close to LA and shared the same weather, including humidity.
