You idiots just look at the statistics on both states and make your own judgements. shite. Like nola or not, It is definitely am internationally reknowned city. You say new orleans pretty much anywhere in the world and peole know where you're talking about. You say fricking mississippi and people will say isn't that the state next to new orleans? The statistics are interchangeable. Both states have hot women, good eats, big folks, swamps, snakes, gators, the Gulf, the river, the delta, thug capital cities, casinos, music history, etc. Mississippi is cleaner and prettier in certain regions. Louisiana has the New Orleans.
