Not going to get into a pissing contest but New Orleans in itself is better than the entire state of Mississippi. Your state is trash. I own 20 acres outside of Utica for hunting because it was literally dirt cheap. I was looking for Louisiana land but Mississippi land was on average 1/5 of the price. Because no one wants to be there.
