We haven't changed the playbook or the balance of run-pass plays. What we've done is taken steps to be less obvious. That involves two changes:
1. Running when you think we're going to pass and passing when you think we're going to run (really high level strategy, I know, but Les didn't do this toward the end).
2. Mixing up the formations within personnel groupings (so you can't tell which play we're running by the personnel we break the huddle with).
These two *very* basic changes, plus somewhat competent QB play, have really opened up the offense because teams can't tee off on the run anymore.
