Not working for me, and I am actually being honest.
When I right click it doesn't give the option to choose the image address.
when right clicking all I have is the following.
1. Ask Cortana
2. Save Picture As
3. Share Picture
4. Select all
5. Copy...
What the heck... yes, I am dumb.

Try right clicking and open in new tab. Then copy the url and paste into signature.
