Just checking in... how many of you hindsight BoBo worshippers criticizing Fat Chaney's play calls still remember Bobo's 3rd and 11 Ealy up the middle?

I gotta tell you...I really liked Mike Bobo.

However, I have very few complaints about Chaney, either. I like a lot of what he has brought to Georgia.
We do seem to run the ball up the middle and awful lot, but he also has done some pretty nice things offensively that we have not see at UGA.

One of the complaints from his prior stops is that he gets away from the run too quickly.

We averaged 6 feet per carry against Vandy.......nearly 80% of that was the same yard and a half dive into the arse of the center. Against Vanderbilt. 6 feet per carry. Less thane the distance between the bottoms of their feet to the tops of their heads of almost everyone on the team. 6 feet 80% of the time leaves you at 3rd and 6.....and subsequently 4th and 4.....it is a numbers game at that point.....and the troubling thing us that that play cannot be designed to gain much more than 6 feet at a time....we are executing it to near perfection.....it is a third or 4th and less than to go play....not a first and 10 or second and 8...... Is is just amazing that we run it over and over again and can't understand why we punt.......
