um yeah..jeff...that's exactly right...you cant motivate guys who don't care to be motivated...doesn't matter how good you are...things change when you get guys that but in from the get go...what is so hard for you to understand about that concept?

bullshite... there are ways for a leader to lead all different types of people. There may be a few players who lost their jobs who may be harder to reach, but that would mean they were replaced by better players... which is a win for Smart. Not sure how this translated into a team that no longer wants to play.
