What to do? Fer Chrissakes, you sit his arse and tell him, "You apparently don't have the right attitude to play on this team."
And that goes for several of the players.
You bring in the number two and say, "Let's see what you can do." If needed, you bring in #3...Then the tallest trombone player from marching Mizzou.
This is simply a life lesson. If you don't cut it, no matter the job, we'll try someone else.
When I read that BO had them circle-up and hold hands, I realized he has no fricking clue. Next, they'll sing "We shall overcome" at half time.
Time for tough love. Holding hands...indeed.

Sometimes the only way to reach a player is to sit him on the bench and let him stew in knowing someone else has his spot.

quote:Time to sit them down. BO seems to want to be the players buddy. He's new to HC and now it needs to be seen if he's tough enough to bust some heads. I've been feeling this for a couple of weeks at least now but it's getting painfully obvious. If he's gonna make it he has got to get control of this team now.
Time for tough love. Holding hands...indeed.
