Catalina was playing LT for us immediatley after coming from the bush league. In the NFL he's a guard which his is natural position.

Pyke is an OG in the NFL, while he played out of position at tackle for us.

Wynn made his name and earned a 1st round pick by playing tackle. We played him at guard.

It's not that they weren't "talented", they just weren't put in good position to excel IMO. Pittman wanted to do wiht those guys the same things we're doing now which just wasn't possible. So yeah you can call it growing pains but I think you're begin generous with touting the talent level simply by being in the NFL.
