They just feel out of place to me.

Do you also fee that way about sports broadcasters who've never done anything tough in their life?

I don't have a problem with it if they are as high quality as their counterparts. Justbhavent seen a ton of that yet.

Usually that's how you know your team is having a shitty season

Actually, yes. I would prefer to listen to/watch men who have played the game at the level they are commenting.

Yep, I can agree with that mentality. You want to hear from people who've been there and done that. Then why make the topic about women? Why not make the topic about all people who could be included? I don't mean to seem critical, just throwing that out there.

Off topic though but how bad is Mack Brown as a broadcaster. Listening to him, I simply have a hard time believing he was a head coach for a high level program who won a national championship. I mean, I know he's retired and having fun with it but he's just really really bad.

I really like when they have the coaches calling the NC game on whatever alternate ESPN channel it's on. You really get better stuff on that.

Commentating is one area I think NFL is a lot better than college usually.

Then why make the topic about women?
Because I was watching two women talk about football on the TV prior to the game starting.
