holt shite, you really are this dumb.

quote:

“My first conversation with (Florida Athletic Director) Jeremy (Foley) was on Tuesday. He was confident they were going to be able to play the game. We had a conference call on Wednesday. They were very confident that they could play the game. They thought, maybe, they would have to move the time to later,” Alleva said. “Then, today, it all felt apart. From the very beginning, it just all fell apart.”

the point i've repeatedly made is that Alleva attempted to reschedule the game for Sunday or Monday beginning on October 4th. This is when Foley thought the game would still be played, even though he was alone in that line of thinking.

Not once did Joe Alleva say he would be willing to play UF in Gainesville in replace of a home game. That's an asinine option, considering UF football was the only sport that didn't play it's games and every other major Florida school that was in contact with Matthew still played. And USC played on Sunday.
