That would more like liquid pudding, not strong enough to swing from building to building on like real firm butt rope. It has to be at least strong enough to hold your weight and that is not covered by bad mexican.
I guess you could use it like the oil slicks from the bond car at least slow your pursuers down. Would bring a whole new meaning to the term "mired in sh*t"
