"Personnel updates: Butch Jones said cornerback Justin Martin will return from suspension this week after sitting out the Georgia game, but also said he’ll have to earn his way onto the travel squad this week.

Jones said they’re evaluating several options with linebacker Jalen Reeves-Maybin, who was also out Saturday, and they should know more about him later in the week. It’s also a “wait and see” situation for linebacker Darrin Kirkland Jr., who hasn’t played since Week 2 in Bristol.

Jones said running back Jalen Hurd will also be at practice and will be “full go” on Monday after missing much of the fourth quarter on Saturday in Athens. He reiterated that the offense didn’t change when Alvin Kamara came in the game late."

God we need him back so bad. Jumper has done what he can, but he got abused against Georgia.

Great of CBS to go out of their way to highlight that on that TD by UGA #18.

He was our leading tackler against UGA

Tackles do not tell the whole story about a linebacker imo. Jumper had a much better day against Florida than he did against UGA.

There were several times, notably on Sonys first TD, that he attacked the wrong gap and left a gaping hole.

Chaney can be a great coordinator when he can contain his pass lust. He attacked the holes in our defense beautifully. If A&M wasn't already aware then they are now.

If you go over to the TAMU board they are wailing about injuries and problems too.

'Woe' is their word of the day.

Yeah. Jumper knew what that Florida game meant and played out of his mind to get it. If he starts at TAMU he needs to play like that again. Still, we need DKjr back bad for this game.

Chaney threw a lot of formations he hadn't seen before at us - stuff they hadn't used all year. TAMU will play their offense and their offense is similar enough to ours to where if he does play, he shouldn't get lost like that again. He'll just be less than DKjr (most are) and we need someone on DK's level for this game.

As much as his play triggers me more times than not I seriously doubt he won't be on the travel list
