Well, since Eason was prepared to throw the ball in under 2 seconds but pulled it down because Pike's man already had a hand in the throwing lane... I think it is safe to say that the intent was to get rid of the football in under 2 seconds.

I just read a replay where pressure was gething to Eason in 2.3 to 2.7 seconds on a lot of the big plays (pick, sack/fumble, etc..). The OL is on roller skates. We are going to have to start cut blocking to get the defenders hands down on these quick routes.
