It's also the only thing you can go off of in recruiting. And like I said as of right now our coaches have talked to all of our commits and everyone has said they aren't wavering. Oi think if we keep our staff intact and make a good HC hire we'll have minimal defections.

So the HC is gonna come in and just use the same staff? He isn't going to bring in his own guys?
